Through The Cosmic Lens LLC operates under the SacredSpace brand and provides personalized astrology readings and reports, digital content, self-reflection materials, educational content, and related services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using products or services provided by SacredSpace, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use SacredSpace products or services.

3. Nature of Services

SacredSpace provides personalized astrology readings and reports, including birth chart interpretations, relationship astrology, career and life-purpose astrology, predictive and forecasting astrology, astrocartography, and related spiritual, educational, and self-reflection content.

SacredSpace may also offer digital products, workbooks, memberships, educational materials, and other related content.

All astrology and spiritual services are interpretive in nature.

SacredSpace provides astrology and related spiritual, educational, and self-reflection content for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.

Astrology is interpretive and subjective. SacredSpace does not guarantee predictions, outcomes, results, or that any interpretation will resonate with every individual.

SacredSpace does not provide medical, mental health, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.

Nothing provided through SacredSpace should be considered or used as a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, or services from an appropriately qualified professional.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and use of information provided through SacredSpace.

5. Client-Provided Information

Personalized astrology services rely on information supplied by the client, including birth date, birth time, birth location, and other information requested for the selected service.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

SacredSpace is not responsible for inaccuracies in a report or interpretation resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

If you discover that you submitted incorrect information, please contact SacredSpace as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply if substantial work has already been completed using the originally supplied information.

6. Eligibility

SacredSpace products and personalized services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

By purchasing a product or service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

7. Payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. SacredSpace does not directly control the security or processing practices of third-party payment providers.

By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information and to pay the amount displayed at the time of purchase.

8. Delivery & Turnaround Times

Personalized reports and readings require time to prepare.

Any estimated turnaround or delivery time displayed on the SacredSpace website or communicated at the time of purchase is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

SacredSpace will make reasonable efforts to deliver personalized services within the stated timeframe. Circumstances outside SacredSpace's reasonable control may occasionally affect delivery.

Digital products that do not require personalization may be delivered electronically following purchase or according to the delivery method stated on the applicable product page.

9. Refunds, Corrections & Personalized Services

Because personalized astrology reports and readings are created specifically for the individual client, purchases of completed personalized services are generally non-refundable except as described below or where otherwise required by applicable law.

If SacredSpace makes a material error in calculating your birth chart or fails to provide a material component of the service described at the time of purchase, please contact SacredSpace within seven (7) days of delivery.

SacredSpace may, as appropriate, correct the error, complete the missing portion of the service, or issue a refund.

Refunds are not available for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete birth information or other information supplied by the client.

Because astrology is interpretive and subjective, refunds are not provided solely because an interpretation does not resonate with the client, differs from another astrologer's interpretation, or does not produce a desired outcome.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

10. Memberships & Recurring Services

If SacredSpace offers a membership, subscription, or other recurring service, applicable pricing and billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase.

By purchasing a recurring service, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the billing frequency disclosed at checkout until the subscription is canceled.

Cancellation instructions and any additional terms applicable to a particular subscription will be provided with the applicable offer or account information.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not ordinarily provide a refund for a billing period that has already begun, except where otherwise stated or required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, SacredSpace reports, written materials, educational content, workbooks, digital downloads, graphics, branding, prompts, rituals, and original website content are owned by or licensed to Through The Cosmic Lens LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a personalized report or digital product, you receive a limited license to use that material for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may privately share your personalized report with people such as a partner, friend, or family member for personal purposes.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, resell, commercially exploit, substantially copy, or present SacredSpace content as your own without prior written permission.

12. No Guarantee of Results

SacredSpace makes no guarantee regarding specific personal, relationship, career, financial, spiritual, or other outcomes resulting from astrology readings, reports, digital products, or other services.

Astrological interpretations describe themes, patterns, possibilities, and perspectives. They do not determine your choices or guarantee future events.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Through The Cosmic Lens LLC and SacredSpace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of SacredSpace products, services, reports, interpretations, or content.

You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken based on information obtained through SacredSpace.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy

SacredSpace may collect personal information necessary to operate the website, communicate with users, process requests and purchases, and provide personalized services.
